Moist, crunchy, and slightly sweet. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups yellow cornmeal |
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs |
1 1/2 cups milk |
3/4 cup unsalted butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat 350. 2. Grease the muffin tin. 3. Mix together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in the liquid ingredients (Eggs- slightly beaten, butter-melted and cooled off). Blend until slightly lumpy and just combined. 4. Bake 18-20 Minutes. |
