Finally, a corn muffin that doesn't crumble into dust! Ingredients:
1/2 cup cornmeal |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 cup sour cream |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F 2. Grease muffin tin, Do not use muffin papers! 3. Combine wet ingredients. 4. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients. 5. Blend the two,put in muffin cups. 6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. |
