this was my grandmother in laws recipe Ingredients:
8oz sour cream |
2 eggs |
1 stick butter |
1 can (drained) whole corn |
1 can cream style corn |
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix |
Directions:
1. Melt butter 2. Best eggs 3. Add beaten eggs to butter 4. Mix together corns add sour cream 5. Mix Jiffy Mix 6. Mix well 7. Pour into a small baking dish 8. Cook for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes until golden brown |
