Corn, Mozzarella and Tomato Fresca

very yummy fresh summer salad! (healthy too!)
Ingredients:
2 cans corn
2 large vine ripened tomatoes
1 cup fresh soft mozzarella cheese (chopped)
3 leaves fresh basil, large
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/8 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. chop mozzarella into 1/2 inch cubes.
2. tear basil leaves into 1/2 inch pieces.
3. chop tomatoes into long slices.
4. mix all ingredients into a large serving dish.
5. salt and pepper to taste.
6. tastes best if chilled in fridge for an hour.
