I like to serve this recipe with fajitas or burritos or any other mexican dish. It is really easy and tastes really good. Ingredients:
16 ounces corn (frozen, fresh or canned) |
1 (6 ounce) can green chili peppers |
1 red bell pepper, diced |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
salt, to taste |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon basil |
Directions:
1. Saute pepper and garlic until browned. 2. Add chile, spices, butter and corn. 3. Heat through and serve. |
