A little twist on the regular cooked corn. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
1/2 cup onion, chopped to your liking |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 (14 ounce) cans corn, drained |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil for about 5 minutes on medium heat. 2. Add remainder of ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. 3. Enjoy. |
