different corn fritter Ingredients:
2 eggs seperated |
2 cups cooked corn |
1/4 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
2 tbs. sugar |
1/2 tsp. salt |
3 tablespoons milk |
1/4 tsp. creamo of tartar |
1/3 tsp. cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. add: corn to beaten egg yolks mix flour .cayenne pepper , baking soda,sugar, salt combine with egg mixture stir in milk fold in egg whites beaten. with a pinch of salt and cream of tartar to soft peak stage. 2. Fry in hot deep fat untill brown allowing 3 minutes on each side enjoy. |
