Simple corn fritters. Okay. After trying said recipe. I didn't like them myself. Rather tasteless. So, anyone wanna help make this recipe edible? =D.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups corn kernels
Directions:
1. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl.
2. Stir in eggs and milk until the dry ingredients have been moistened. (Will be lumpy).
3. Fold in corn.
4. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto a pan on medium heat (in about a Tbsp of butter) and fry until golden brown and firm.
