1. Scramble 1egg in peanut oil in skillet, remove and set aside. Add more oil add 4 sliced scallions, 1garlic clove minced, 1/2teaspoon sugar and salt to taste and stir fry for 30 seconds. Add 1tablespoon rice wine 1 cup corn and stir fry 1 minute, add 2 cups cooked rice, cook stirring for 3 minutes, stir in scrambled egg and season with salt. |
