I ate this at wedding reception in Israel about a month ago. I liked it and it was a dessert that quickly disappeared along with my cheese cake and pecan cookies Ingredients:
16 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate |
8 oz real butter |
8 cups corn flakes |
paper cup cake holders about 36 |
Directions:
1. 1. Melt chocolate and butter together in a small sauce pan. 2. 2.Pour over corn flakes in a large bowl. 3. 3.Use a fork to stir and mix mixture with corn flakes. 4. 4.After some mixing use your hand to really get the corn flakes heavy coated with chocolate mixture. 5. 5.Pick up a glob and put in paper cup. 6. 6.Either refrigerate or freeze to set the chocolate. |
