1. Place oven rack in center and preheat to 325 degrees. 2. Lay wax paper on ungreased sheet. ( I used foil ) 3. Beat egg whites on high until foamy. 4. Gradually add sugar. 5. Add vanilla. 6. Continue beating until stiff peaks form. 7. Fold in cereal and coconut. 8. Drop by spoonfuls onto sheet. 9. Bake 20 minutes until lightly browned. 10. Let stand 2 minutes and remove from sheet.
