Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup coconut |
2 cups corn flakes |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees. 2. Beat egg whites until stiff. 3. Add sugar, geadually, and continue to beat. 4. Fold in remaining ingredients with a spoon. 5. Drop by teaspoons on a greased sheet. 6. Bake for 8 min, or until delicately browned. |
