Corn Dressing for Southern Fried Chicken |

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
4 cups corn kernels |
2 cups buttermilk |
4 cups ranch dressing |
4 green onions, diced |
Directions:
1. In a medium saute pan over low heat, add the corn and the garlic and stir together until heated through. Put the corn mixture into a blender and finely chop. Add the buttermilk, ranch dressing and green onions to a large bowl. Stir in the corn mixture and serve over fried chicken. 2.
