This was recently served at a party at work. I did not, at the time, know it was a dip so I ate it alone. I find the taste to be very interesting, but definitely delicious. Ingredients:
1 can mexicorn, drained |
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated |
green onion, chopped and to taste |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix and eat with your favorite tortilla chips or serve alone. |
