Super duper easy and tasty way to serve corn. Ingredients:
1/4 cup finely chopped onion |
1 tablespoon salted butter |
1/4 cup milk |
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese |
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained |
Directions:
1. In skillet sauté onion in butter until translucent. 2. Add milk and cream cheese then stir to mix well. 3. Add corn and cook till heated through; serve. |
