Corn custard this is an old Delmonte recipe. Not sure if it is even old. But a friend makes this and I LOVE IT! Mix it all in the pan and how easy is that! It is so good. Ingredients:
this is done in a pie plate. when you double or triple this recipe remember everything is done in 3’s(3 cans corn, 3 eggs,3 sugars). when doubling or tripling, use bigger pan. this recipe gets mixed right into the pan. |
to the pan add |
2 cans regular delmonte corn, drained |
1 can creamed corn |
3 eggs beaten with sugar |
3 tbl sugar |
9 small little chunks of butter, placed into the mixture. (very little chunks) |
pepper for top. |
Directions:
1. 350 for 35 minutes 2. I was told when you shake it and it jiggles its not done! |
