                    I heart cornbread. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained  |  
                                                1 cup fat free sour cream  |  
                                                2 eggs  |  
                                                1/4 cup butter, melted  |  
                                                1 cup self-rising cornmeal  |  
                                                1 tablespoon sugar  |  
                                                2 tablespoons applesauce  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Preheat over to 375 degrees. 2. Combine corn, sour cream, butter and eggs. 3. Gradually add the cornmeal, apple sauce and sugar. 4. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. 5. Bake for 25 minutes, give or take.                              |
