Easy corn soup,my son really likes. Makes small serving,can double or triple Ingredients:
1 can of creamed corn |
2 cups whole milk |
1 1/2 cups frozen diced hash brown potatoes |
1 green onion |
2 slices of bacon,cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy saucepan 2. Simmer over medium heat,until slightly thickened,stirring occasionally. 3. Salt and Pepper, 4. Sprinkle cooked ,crumbled bacon on top 5. Enjoy |
