A very quick and easy recipe to make for lunch. Ingredients:
4 slices bacon, diced |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 (10 ounce) can creamed corn |
1 1/2 cups diced raw potatoes |
10 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup |
3 cups milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Put bacon and onion into a pot and saute together until onion is clear and limp. 2. Add next 6 ingredients. 3. Bring to a boil. 4. Cover and simmer until potato is cooked. |
