For a quick chili fix, perfect on a cold night. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can turkey chili (such as hormelĀ®) |
1 ounce corn chips (such as fritosĀ®) |
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
Directions:
1. Heat turkey chili in a saucepan over medium-high heat until hot, 6 to 7 minutes. Place corn chips in a large bowl and spread the turkey chili on top. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and onion over the chili, and top with a dollop of sour cream. |
