This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cross Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1987. Ingredients:
1 can chili with beans heated to boiling |
1 package corn chips |
1/4 cup chopped white onions |
1/4 cup chopped green olives |
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. In greased casserole dish place a layer of corn chips then pour half of the chili mixture over chips and sprinkle chopped onions and olives over this then add a portion of the cheese. 2. Repeat layers ending with cheese. 3. Allow to sit for 45 minutes before baking. 4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. |
