Corn, Cheese & Salsa Jaffles |

This is a really simple but oh so tasty snack. Ingredients:
4 slices bread |
1 tablespoon butter |
2 -3 tablespoons chunky salsa |
125 g creamed corn |
2 slices cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat jaffle iron & spread one side of each bread sliced with butter. 2. Place bread, butter side down in jaffle iron & spread with salsa, top with corn & cheese and remaining bread slice, butter side up. 3. Close lid & cook for 3-4 mins or until golden & hot. |
