I got this recipe from my mother-in-law. We have this every year at Thanksgiving. I always have to double the recipe. Ingredients:
1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy cornbread mix |
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn (drained) |
1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn |
1/2 cup melted butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
1/2 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Mix above ingredients in casserole dish and bake in a 350* oven for 45 minutes, or until set. 2. Enjoy! |
