The best corn casserole dish I have ever tasted to date. Ingredients:
1 box of jiffy corn bread mix |
1 (8oz ) container of sour cream |
1 can whole kernel corn (drain) |
1 can cream corn |
3/4 to 1 whole stick of butter (unsalted) melted |
1 egg (for binding purposes) |
a dash of paprika |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 2. Mix all in large bowl 3. Pour into baking dish (sprayed with Pam or rubbed with butter) 4. Sprinkle more Paprika on top for color 5. Bake for 45min to an hour (until it looks cooked or browned) 6. Let rest for a few minutes to set, then dig in. |
