This dish puts a spin on typical cornbread. Ingredients:
• 1 can regular corn-drained |
• 1 can creamed corn |
• 2 eggs beaten |
• 1 cup sour cream |
• 1/4 cup sugar |
• 1 box jiffy corn meal mix |
• 1 stick butter or margarine-melted |
Directions:
1. 1. Mix all together, spray your pan (cake size) and bake 350 for 45 to 60 min. 2. 2. Check the middle at 45 min and if solid take out, if not bake for 15 more min. |
