Comfort food to the max! Easy to make and the Mexican corn bread mix adds just the right amount of spice! Ingredients:

2 16 oz. cans yellow creamed corn |
2 eggs |
1/2 c. corn oil |
1 6 oz. pkg. martha white mexican cornbread mix |
1 med. onion – chopped |
1 sm. can french fried onions |
Directions:
1. Directions: 2. Mix eggs, oil and corn. Add cornbread mix and onion. Spray a 9 x 13” casserole dish with Pam. Bake casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Put french fried onions on top the last 10 minutes. |
