                    Another family favorite. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 box jiffy corn muffin mix (8.5 oz)  |  
                                                1 can cream style corn (16 oz)  |  
                                                1 can whole kernel corn (16 oz) drain  |  
                                                1 cup sour cream  |  
                                                2 eggs  |  
                                                1 stick melted margarine (1/2 cup)  |  
                                                1/2 - 1 cup shredded swiss cheese  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Mix 2 eggs, corn muffin mix, well-drained whole kernel corn, 2. Cream style corn, sour cream and melted margarine. 3. Bake 350 for 30-45 minutes (maybe longer) 4. I used a 9 X 13 pan so if didn’t take longer. 5. Last five minutes sprinkle cheese on top and bake until cheese is hot and bubbly.                              |
