This is a very simple cassarole and is great with most meals.
Ingredients:
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can cream corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup water
1 box jiffy corn muffine mix (substitutions are not as good)
1/2 stick of margarine
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and pour into 2-quart glass dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
