This is a very simple cassarole and is great with most meals. Ingredients:
1 can whole kernel corn (drained) |
1 can cream corn |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1/2 cup water |
1 box jiffy corn muffine mix (substitutions are not as good) |
1/2 stick of margarine |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and pour into 2-quart glass dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour. |
