This is an awesome casserole to serve with your main course meal. Ingredients:
2 16oz. cans cream-style corn |
4 eggs; beaten |
1 cup of mexican cornbread mix |
1 cup of oil |
2 tsp. garlic powder |
salt |
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly; except cheese. 2. Pour ingredients into casserole dish; 3. bake at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes or until done. 4. Top with grated cheese and place back in oven to melt cheese. 5. Time may vary with your oven. |
