Easy vegetable dish to add to a meal Ingredients:
1 can whole kernel corn-drain half of the liquid |
1 can of creamstyle corn |
1 box of jiffy or lily white cornbread mix |
1 8oz sour cream |
1 egg beaten |
3 tablespoons of sugar |
1 tablespoon of vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees 2. in a bowl add all indgredients and mix well. 3. spray 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking dish 4. pour mixture in dish and bake for 40 minutes or until sides are a little brown and center is a little solid. 5. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving. 6. this is an easy recipe to double. just remember to drain only 1 of the cans of the whole kernel corn when you double and bake in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish |
