A creamy version of Corn Casserole
Ingredients:
1 bag shoe peg corn
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 package ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
1. Put Shoe Peg corn in bottom of casserole dish.
2. Mix sour cream and cream of celery soup and spread on top of corn.
3. Mix crushed crackers and margarine.
4. Put chopped pecans in with crackers, if desired.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
