2 cups cream-style corn |
7 ounces corn muffin mix |
3 large eggs |
1/2 cup oil |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento |
1/4 cup chopped green pepper |
1 cup shredded cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients , except cheese, pour into greased deep casserole dish.3 quart. 2. top casserole with shredded cheese. 3. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes. 4. Yield 8-10 servings. |
