Another delicious recipe given to me by Mrs. Betty Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn |
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn |
4 eggs |
1 cup milk |
2 (4 ounce) jars pimentos |
2/3 cup sugar |
1 1/3 cups cheese, divided |
1 1/3 cups cracker crumbs |
1 small bell pepper, finely chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients in order. (Reserve small amount of cheese to place on top). Place in a greased 13X9X2 inch casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees for approximately one hour or until it sets. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top for last five minutes. |
