This is the best corn casserole. My friend Deb brought this to our office Thanksgiving luncheon & I had to get the recipe. You'll love it!!
Ingredients:
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 -2 serrano pepper, chopped
Directions:
1. Soften butter& cream cheese.
2. Add corn& peppers.
3. Pour into casserole dish& bake at 350 until bubbly.
