This is the best corn casserole. My friend Deb brought this to our office Thanksgiving luncheon & I had to get the recipe. You'll love it!! Ingredients:
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 -2 serrano pepper, chopped |
Directions:
1. Soften butter& cream cheese. 2. Add corn& peppers. 3. Pour into casserole dish& bake at 350 until bubbly. |
