This recipe comes from my sister Ingredients:
1 onion |
1/2 cup unsalted butter |
1 can whole corn, w/juice (no salt added) |
1 can creamed corn (no salt added) |
1 package jiffy cornbread mix |
8 ounces sour cream |
Directions:
1. Saute onions in oleo. 2. Add corn, Jiffy mix and sour cream. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or the edges begin to brown. |
