This was a mistake recipe...making cornbread and it turned into a spoonbread hybrid Ingredients:
8 1/2 ounces jiffy cornbread mix |
14 3/4 ounces creamed corn |
1 cup sour cream |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. mix well. 2. pour into a buttered 8 X 8 pan. 3. bake at 400 for 40 mins or until spoon comes out clean. |
