Easy to fix corn casserole. Simple to fix and tastes great!
Ingredients:
240 g jiffy corn muffin mix, box
113 g butter, stick
1 egg
16 ounce creamed corn
8 ounce sour cream
8 ounce swiss cheese
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients and pour into an 8x8-inch backing dish (nonstick).
2. Cover the top with Swiss cheese.
3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
