Easy to fix corn casserole. Simple to fix and tastes great! Ingredients:
240 g jiffy corn muffin mix, box |
113 g butter, stick |
1 egg |
16 ounce creamed corn |
8 ounce sour cream |
8 ounce swiss cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients and pour into an 8x8-inch backing dish (nonstick). 2. Cover the top with Swiss cheese. 3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. |
