Mexican style corn. Big hit at Thanksgiving. Ingredients:
60 ounces whole kernel corn |
8 ounces philadelphia cream cheese |
1/3 cup milk |
4 ounces green chilies, diced |
1 tablespoon butter |
to taste salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients together in a 13 x 9 baking dish. 3. Bake for 25 minutes. |
