Pure Southern Goodness! Ingredients:
7 ounces whole kernel corn, drained |
2 (8 ounce) cans cream-style corn |
1 cup butter flavored cracker, crushed |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
1/2 cup processed cheese, shredded |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients; mix well. 2. Pour into a coated 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. |
