I haven't tried this, but noticed it on the back of my egg carton and thought I would save it. Ingredients:
15 ounces cream-style corn |
4 ounces green chili peppers |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/8 teaspoon oregano |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350. 2. combine all ingredients. 3. pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. 4. bake for 30 minutes. 5. Note a 1 1/2 quart dish equals an 8x8 or 7x11. |
