Easy and delicious! Ingredients:
2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained |
1 cup cornbread mix |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine corn, corn bread mix, sour cream and melted butter. 2. Pour into a greased casserole dish. 3. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. 4. Remove from oven and top with cheese. 5. Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. 6. Let stand for 5 minutes. 7. Serve warm. |
