I got this recipe from a real good elderly friend, Audry May. When we have get togethers she always brings this. I think sometimes she's not allowed at the gathering unless she brings this dish. Her DH would come behind her when she wasn't looking and add the jalapenos to it, he would say its not hot enough. Ingredients:
2 (15 1/4-22 7/8 ounce) cans corn, drained |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 (2 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies |
garlic salt or garlic powder or fresh garlic |
lemon pepper, to taste |
hot pepper (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix well. 2. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. |
