Our friend and her family came over for Thanksgiving one year. So Lori, asked what can she bring? I told her any type of casserole would be fine. Well I did not know that it would be a big hit!! That was over 8 years ago. So we've been serving it every Thanksgiving, Chrismas and by special request. Ingredients:
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn |
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole corn, drained |
1 cup melted butter |
3 eggs |
1 cup sour cream |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Drain the whole kernel corn. Mix together everything in a bowl. 3. Bake in a greased baking dish for 60 minutes. |
