Corn & Broccoli in Cheese Sauce |

My SIL wants me to make it for Thanksgiving this year so I wanted to put it here for safekeeping. I haven't made this yet. I like the fact that you make it in a slow cooker so it doesn't tie up the stove. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn, thawed |
1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli, floretes thawed |
4 ounces reduced-fat american cheese, like velveeta, cubed |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1/4 cup milk |
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine corn, broccoli and cheeses. 2. In a small bowl, combine the soup and milk. 3. Pour the soup mix over the veggie mix in the slow cooker. 4. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until heated through. 5. Stir before serving. |
