I really love this veggie casserole, I hope you do too! Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn |
1 (12 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained |
1/2 cup ritz cracker crumbs |
salt & pepper |
1 egg, beaten |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Mix corn, broccoli, egg and onion gently. 2. Season with salt and pepper and pour into a buttered 1 quart casserole. 3. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with margarine. 4. Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes. |
