Corn Bread Stuffing

Ingredients:
1 square pasn cornbread baked in advance
1 carton(s) gluten free bread mix for stuffing
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 tablespoon(s) ground sage
1 cup(s) chopped parsley
2 and 1/2 cup(s) chopped celery
1 cup(s) chopped onion
3/4 cup(s) butter divided
1 quart(s) turkey or chicken broth
Directions:
1. Crumble corn bread into large bowl, combine with bread pieces. Add spaices. Toss gently and add more spice if needed. Set aside. Saute celery and onion in butter until soft. Add onion and celery to bread mixture. Pour in half of broth and mix well. Add more if mix seems dry. Mix should seem gloppy. Grease baking pan - 9X13 - with butter and move stuffing to pan. Moisten with more broth if needed. Dot tops with butter if desired. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes until done or stuff in turkey and cook until done.
