This is a different type of dip to try for the holidays.... Ingredients:
2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix (cooked by directions on box) |
1 onion, chopped |
1 bell pepper, chopped |
! can rotel tomatoes |
1 can mexicorn |
2 cans chicken broth |
12 oz grated cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix and cook cornbread according to package directions. 2. Saute onion and bell pepper until tender. 3. Crumble cornbread and add rotel, mexicorn, chicken broth, and cheese to onion and pepper mixture. 4. Place in a greased baking dish. 5. Bake at 350 degrees until firm. |
