Comfort side-dish that goes great with any main dish. Ingredients:
2 (8 1/4 ounce) cans creamed corn |
1/2 cup melted butter |
8 ounces sour cream |
1 egg, slightly beaten |
1 (6 ounce) box jiffy cornbread mix |
Directions:
1. Combine and pour into 9x13-inch buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle with (sharp) grated cheese on top. |
