THis dish is super easy and a great addition ot just about any beef or pork main dish! Ingredients:
1 (17 ounce) can cream corn |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup oil |
3 eggs |
1 cup self rising corn meal |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingrdients. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes! Serve warm!! |
