No this does not have corn meal in it. I got this recipe over 30 years ago from a coworker. My husbands favorite. Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup white sugar |
1 cup oil |
4 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 1/2 cups self rising flour |
1 cup pecans |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients well with a spoon pour in a well greased 9x13 pan bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes depending on oven. 2. Watch and do not over bake. 3. Cool well cut into squares. |
